Privacy Policy

I. General Provisions

  • This Privacy Policy defines how personal data of Users necessary for providing electronic services through the website www.bepro.zone (hereinafter: the Service) is collected, processed and stored.
  • The Service collects only personal data necessary for providing and developing the services offered therein.
  • Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

III. Purpose of Personal Data Collection

Personal data is used for the purpose of:

  • account registration and User identity verification,
  • enabling login to the Service,
  • implementation of service and e-service agreements,
  • communication with the User (livechat, contact form, etc.)
  • sending newsletters (after the User consents to receiving them),
  • maintaining the comment system,
  • providing social services,
  • promotion of the Administrator's offer,
  • marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
  • Service personalization for Users,
  • analytical and statistical activities,
  • debt collection,
  • establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude an agreement or use other Service functionalities.

IV. Type of Personal Data Processed

  • The Administrator may process the User's personal data: name and surname, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, tax ID.

V. Personal Data Processing Period

Users' personal data will be processed for the period:

  • when the basis for data processing is contract performance – until the statute of limitations for claims after its performance,
  • when the basis for data processing is consent – until its withdrawal, and after consent withdrawal until the statute of limitations for claims.

In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for periodic benefit claims and claims related to business activities – 3 years (unless specific provisions state otherwise).

VI. Sharing of Personal Data

  • Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities related to the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g., companies handling e-payments, companies providing courier/postal services, law firms.
  • Users' personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. Users' Rights

  • The Service User has the right to: access their personal data content, rectification, deletion, processing limitation, data portability, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
  • Notification of the User's exercise of the rights arising from the above-mentioned rights should be sent to learnfortnite2023@gmail.com.
  • The Administrator fulfills or refuses to fulfill the request immediately – within a maximum of one month from receipt.
  • The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).

VIII. Cookies

  • The Service collects information using cookies – session, permanent and third-party cookies.
  • Cookie collection supports proper service provision in the Service and serves statistical purposes.
  • The User can determine the scope of cookie access to their device in browser settings.
  • Cookies contain only authorization tokens provided by the selected login portal

IX. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

  • Users' data cannot be processed in an automated manner in such a way that any decisions could be made against them as a result.
  • Users' data may be profiled to customize content and personalize offers after they give consent.

X. Final Provisions

  • The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, provided that Users' rights will not be limited.
  • Information about changes will appear in the form of a message available in the Service.
  • In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, GDPR provisions and Polish law apply.
